LAJS has an excellent team of experienced Job Coaches that can help you meet your employment goals. Our Job Coaches can help you with your resume and practice interviews. They can help you assess your skills and recommend training classes in NTI University.

In addition, our Job Coaches can help you with career planning and ongoing employment support. We may be able to offer additional training, resources, or accommodation request assistance to make it easier for you at work.

NTI University is your go to source for virtual skills training. Classes cover a wide range of topics including Interviewing, communication, Windows, computer, resume writing, working remotely, and stress managements skills.

We have partnerships with hiring employers across many industries such as retail, insurance, and healthcare. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist offers Job Placement Assistance by determining if you are a good fit for any of our open positions. We have employers hiring for onsite, hybrid and work-at-home positions.

We know that job searches and starting a new job can be expensive. Through our Employment Assistance Fund, you can request up to $760 per year to purchase items for your job search or items needed to keep you working.

We also offer wage reporting and overpayment monitoring assistance as well as assistance with Impairment-Related Work Expenses (IRWE).
